History
In 1945, Otis and Amida Broussard followed their musical dreams and opened a piano boutique in the Evangeline Hotel in Houma, Louisiana. In the early days, Amida managed the store while Otis honed his skills as a musician and piano technician. In 1947, Otis and Amida moved the store and family to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi.

At a young age, their son Byron became interested and started working in the family business and is carrying on the musical tradition today. Byron opened the two current store locations in Mobile, Alabama and in Slidell, Louisiana (near New Orleans). These stores sell upright pianos, grand pianos, digital pianos, organs and music to the gulf coast of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
Today we proudly sell online and in our Mobile, Alabama location. Now with Byron’s son Jason joining the company, the family legacy will continue long into the future.
The Broussard family will continue their record of customer service excellence for generations to come.
